E.M.C. Restoration & Maintenance is fully licensed, insured and bonded.

Before your project can begin by E.M.C:

• E.M.C. will need to apply for a permit from the town/village the project is in.
(If a permit is necessary)

• The town/village will ask for a copy of your Plat of survey and also a signed copy of the proposal.
Note: If you cannot find a copy of the plat of survey, the village should be able to provide one to you.

• The town/village will inspect most projects done with a permit before the project is done. Depending on the scope of the project there may be more then one inspection.

All Materials to be used on your project will be specified in your proposal by E.M.C.

E.M.C. does offer group rates on all our services at a lower discount.
